Exercise is an amazing tool to help us feel happier, more energised, and more optimistic.
The workouts will be fun and suitable for all ages and even adults can get involved.

We are now moving on to sequencing and comparing intervals of time.
Maths..
We want the children to understand the number of seconds in a minute, minutes in an hour etc. Activities involve ordering lengths of time, calculating how many minutes in two hours e.g. if we know that there are 60 minutes in 1 hour then we also know other time facts, timing activities such as star jumps.
