BOOK FOCUS: We’re Going on a Bear Hunt by Michael Rosen

MATHS: To develop spatial reasoning, using positional language to
describe where objects are in relation to other items and looking at models and places from different positions.

PHONICS: Group Phonics – refer to the Parent Information section on Google Classroom for information about what your child will be learning in their Phonics groups and some of the resources you can purchase for use at home

PE: Outdoor Athletics

EAD: To explore the use of natural materials to create pictures

HOMEWORK: KEY WORDS AND WRITING – Can be found on Google Classroom. Writing homework due on Friday. Key words to be completed as your child is ready to move onto each new list.

LITERACY BOOK FOCUS: The Tiny Seed by Eric Carle

MATHS: To explore odd and even numbers

PHONICS: Group Phonics – refer to the Parent Information section on Google Classroom for information about what your child will be learning in their Phonics groups and some of the resources you can purchase for use at home

PE: Outdoor Athletics

UW: To find out how plants grow and change. The children will plant their own seeds and observe the changes as it grows. On Tuesday we will celebrate Spanish Day. The children may wear their own clothes to school on this day (in the colours of Spain- red/yellow)
