Children’s Mental Health Week 2021 – Express Yourself
From 1-7 February 2021 schools, youth groups, organisations and individuals across the UK will take part in Children’s Mental Health Week. This year’s theme is Express Yourself.
Expressing yourself is about finding ways to share feelings, thoughts, or ideas, through creativity. This could be through art, music, writing and poetry, dance and drama, photography and film, and doing activities that make you feel good.
It’s important to remember that being able to express yourself is not about being the best at something or putting on a performance for others. It is about finding a way to show who you are, and how you see the world, that can help you feel good about yourself.
For Children’s Mental Health Week 2021 we will be encouraging children (and adults) to explore the different ways we can express ourselves, and the creative ways that we can share our feelings, our thoughts and our ideas.
We will be posting a range of activities to support Children’s Mental Health Week this week on to our Google Classroom.

Year 6 Remote Learning Timetable – Week beginning 18th January 2021
Our live lessons shall be held each day this week at 1.45pm. We shall also be holding our Year Group Catch up on Friday at 3pm.
First of all, we would like to wish you all a very Happy New Year.
Unfortunately, due to recent announcements we will have to continue our remote learning a little longer. Please make sure that you are logging in to Google Classroom regularly to complete the set tasks. Do not worry if you cannot complete them all. Remember, we are always here to help.
Each week, there will be one class teacher and teaching assistant working in school with the key worker children, whilst the other class teacher will be setting and marking work that has been set on Google Classroom for those children working at home.
