Thank you to all of you who battled through the snow to get your child to school last week. It was a tough week but we all managed to make it through.
If you have any questions or queries about the secondary school your child has been allocated or the process for appeal, please don’t hesitate to come and speak to me or Miss DeSaulles next week. We are happy to talk to you and support your child.
Congratulations to the class who earned a merit card this week for the way they travelled around London on our 3 trips. Each day, members of the public complimented the children on their manners and behaviour. They were a credit to the school and themselves. Well done and Thank you. What great ambassadors of the school!
Please encourage your child to continue completing homework during the week. There will be homework for your child to complete every day now in the run up to SATS, so every minute counts!

The Year 6 children thoroughly enjoyed their trips last week. They met Chris Philp, the local MP for Croydon South on Thursday at the House of Commons. He was very impressed by the children’s questions and ideas.
On Friday, we went and cheered on the English Table Tennis team at the Copper Box. The children were great representatives of the school while travelling through London.
This week, we have a trip to the National Theatre on Monday and then a charity visiting the school on Tuesday, talking to the children about growing up with violence around them in London.
