Our Learning this week…

English: We link our learning to RE – We will complete the Christmas story, write a letter to Santa and make a Christmas greeting card with a message. Then we link our learning to Science – we will write a non-chronological report about Autumn season.

Maths: Addition- We will learn about number bonds within 10, different ways to add, putting 2 sets together, counting on, using a number line and using the part-part-whole model.

Science: Autumn- We will plan and write a non-chronological report about Autumn.

RE: We will learn about Christmas and the significance of it to the Christians. We also find out about the different customs and traditions.

Art: We will learn how to make an angel for our Christmas display.

PSHE: We will start a new Scheme called ‘Jigsaw’ and the unit we will be focusing on ‘Celebrating Differences’.[/dropshadowbox]
