We celebrate ANTI BULLYING WEEK from 15th to 19th November. This year’s theme is : ONE KIND WORD.
Are you worried about online bullying? Not sure how to approach the topic with your child?
Papyrus have put together short bedtime stories videos to support parents and children. Watch one of the videos with your child to spark a conversation. If you are worried, please speak to your child’s teacher.

How do children talk about bullying ?
Let’s listen to the children.
This BBC animation helps children to understand that there can be many different reasons why someone may bully others, and that often it is a reaction to how they’re feeling, or to something happening in their life.

How can we practise ONE KIND WORD ?
Try out this Kindness Tool or make your own version:
Dear Children,
how was your half term? I hope you feel rested and ready to learn new things.
If you are feeling a bit anxious about Monday morning, try out the balloon breath and then read the poem. It will help grounding you and feel more positive and relaxed.
