Mindfulness is…. learning to understand more about yourself and then the power to decide who you want to be and how you want to react.
Lots of children and adults have a DIFFABILITY. It is basically a different ability.
This year we will celebrate a diffability by taking part in Autism Awareness Week from 29th March to 4th April.
Talia Grant, a talented actress in Hollyoaks, talks in the video below about her diffability and the importance to be kind.
How can you use Talia’s tips to show kindness and awareness to someone with a diffability?

Building awareness and celebrating positive role models is also a good way to be kind. Why not have a go at finding out about other people with diffabilities or brainstorm what people know about diffabilities?
