Dear Parents/Carers, This year we will be celebrating Children’s Mental Health Week from 1st Feb to 7th Feb 2021.

The theme for the week is: EXPRESS YOURSELF

In school and online, we will be exploring what it means to express yourself and why it is an effective tool to maintain and improve good mental health.

  • We will be using age appropriate resources from Place2Be in class and online to raise awareness in children and adults.

  • On Tuesday 2nd February at 09:15 Miss Ancel will launch her 10 days Yoga challenge for all to take part in. You will soon be receiving a text with the zoom code so you can join us at the launch.

  • On Thursday 4th February, we would like all adults and children, both at school and at home, to DRESS TO EXPRESS! What will YOU wear? In the meantime why not have a look at Place2Be so you can explore this topic with your families?

Sometimes we need support in putting a hunch into words

Jan 27, 2021

As a school, we often have conversations with worried parents. Sometimes it is something very specific, sometimes it is a worry based on parents’ instinct. If you find yourself thinking that something is amiss, please reach out. Spotting signs early enough is the first step in the journey of recovery. For further information, please visit:
