Southwark wk beginning 26th March 2018

In Southwark Bridge Class this week our learning will be as follows;

In Mathematics we will continue our work on equivalent fractions and moving on to counting fractions and decimals.
In English we will exploring our new text The Fire Maker’s Daughter, focusing on characterisation through drama activities.
In Reading we continue to read regularly both individually and in small guided groups. We are looking forward to sharing the new books which have been donated by Friends of Howard. Thank you very much.
In topic time we will be wrapping up our exciting topic-Saving the Rain forest by reflecting on what we have learnt and what we would still like to find out.
In PE we will be doing scooter board invasion games.

Congratulations go to the whole class this week for their enthusiasm towards new and challenging learning.
