Week Beginning 28th February

This week our learning will be as follows;

In mathematics we will continue to work on perimeter. We will calculate the perimeter of shapes and work out the value of missing measurements.
In English we will be exploring poems written by Michael Rosen and those he read in childhood. We will be finding out about the features of biographies and do research on. Michael Rosen for inclusion in a biography.
In science we will investigate conductors and insulators.
Our blocked foundation subject is computing. We will create a piece of digital music to accompany a Poem.
In RHE we will carry out activities from the NSPCCs’s PANTS programme.

Millennium Class will have PE on Wednesday and Friday. Southwark Class will have swimming on Tuesday and PE on Wednesday. Children should wear their PE kits on those days.

World Book Day is on Thursday 3rd March. Children may come to school dressed as a character from a book on that day.
