LITERACY:

Focus Book as voted for by Reception children: Beauty and the Beast – a Traditional Tale

Group Phonics: Check Google Classroom for Group Phonics homework. Please note changes to Phonics group Teachers

MATHS:

  • recognise ways in which objects are similar to or different from each other
  • talk about and sort objects according to the different attributes they notice (eg colour, size, function, shape, etc.)
  • use their fingers to represent doubles and NOT doubles
  • describe attributes of the Numberblocks and sort them using the criteria ‘odd blocks’ or ‘even tops’

RHE: To discuss the importance of  healthy living, talking about healthy food, exercise and caring for our bodies

PE:  Gymnastics: To perform a a sequence of  skill or movement with using low andhigh apparatus
