Welcome back!
We hope you had a relaxing half term break and enjoyed the glorious weather. We are now in our last half term of the school year and ready for more fantastic learning.
This half term our topic is “Summer’s Here”, which includes different weekly themes all about the season of summer. Our first theme for this half term is all about ‘The Seaside’.
Thank you for your survey feedback. We are glad that you agree about including more Maths based learning. So, this half term we will alternate between the Curious Cat challenges and STEM challenges (which involve developing mathematical language and understanding). Daily super sentences will continue as usual. Don’t forget to use the choiceboard each week to plan your home learning to suit your day.
Have a great first week back .
Kind Regards,
The Reception Team.
