AUTUMN TERM TOPIC: Autumn 2 -Light and Dark

Phonics:

Monday: Speed Sound lessons to learn the sound /z/

Tuesday: Speed Sound lessons to learn the sound /x/

Wednesday – Friday: Word Time lessons focusing on oral blending

PE focus: To learn to change speed and direction to change the style of their movements

Maths Focus: To explore finding the total number of items in two groups by counting all of them, using the language of addition.

UW: to explore the significance of:

• St Andrews Day on 30^th November 2020
• Advent
