THIS WEEK’S LEARNING

LITERACY:

  • Core Text: Marvelous me, Inside and Out by Lisa Bullard
  • Phonics: To learn a new letter sound each day as follows: /g/ /o/ /c/ /k/ /u/ Please check your child’s bookbag each day for new letter formation practise sheet. Please check Google Classroom for  how to hand in completed homework.

MATHS:

  • Number sense: To explore and show their understanding of number through rhymes, songs, stories and use of  counting objects.

PSED: To talk about the different types of feelings people may experience and how these can be recognised by looking at changes in facial features

UW: To take notice of changes in the environment and how this affects us. eg seasonal cahnge – how is the weather changing, how this makes us feel?, how will we change how we dress?

PE: To develop spatial awareness: to listen and observe and show an awareness of a safe space for themselves and others
