Welcome back to school!! We hope you have had a restful May half term break.
It’s hard to believe we are in the final term of your child’s year in Reception. This is a very busy term with lots of fun activities for the children. It is also an important term as we begin to prepare the children for their transition to Year 1 in September.
You can help by talking to your child at home about change and growing. This is something we will also focus on in class. We will be doing a class project about their development and how they have grown. So we ask if you could please send in ONE baby picture (0-12 months) of your child. Please send a copy or if you send the original we will make a copy and return the original. We will also return any copies we make. Please send in by Monday, 10th June. Please send in a named envelope.
There are also several fun days to look forward to this term: Coach trip to the farm; Sports Day and the Summer Fair. More information about dates and times will follow in due course.
We look forward to a wonderful final term with you and your families.
Kind Regards,
Reception Team
