Maths – We shall be continuing our unit of fractions. This week, our learning objectives are:
- I can multiply unit-fractions by integers.
- I can multiply non-unit fractions by integers.
- I can multiply mixed numbers by integers.
- I can find fractions of an amount.
English – We shall be starting our new topic, Travel Brochures. We will be identifying key features and persuasive language.
Science – We shall be looking at comparing life cycles.
Computing – We shall be practising our coding skills using Hour of Code this week.
Reading – We shall be continuing our new class novel, Room 13 by Robert Swindells. Thanks to the Friends of Howard for our lovely class sets of books so that we can all read along!
PE – We have swimming on Tuesdays and our PE session on Thursdays.
French – We shall be continuing to look at the weather.
Music lessons will be taught by our Soundstart teacher, Mr Regan.
